5. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information for the following purposes:
to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services; to create, organize, verify, normalize, score, enrich, and maintain LBOX's business and professional dataset; to authenticate users, verify claims, confirm business-domain affiliation, and prevent fraud or abuse; to create and manage accounts, subscriptions, credits, billing, and customer support; to provide messaging, profile, company, product, search, and listing features; to communicate with you about your account, subscriptions, updates, support, legal notices, and policy changes; to provide security, monitoring, diagnostics, auditing, incident response, and misuse prevention; to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights, and enforce our terms; to honor privacy requests, suppressions, opt-outs, deletion requests, and other legal rights; to conduct limited B2B marketing and business communications where permitted by law; and to develop, test, analyze, and improve platform features, models, and workflows.
6. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

LBOX may also disclose de-identified, aggregated, or statistical information that does not reasonably identify you.
7. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Connected analytics accounts. If you give LBOX read-only access to Google Analytics or Google Search Console, LBOX reads the traffic, search and sales reports for the website you connect, and uses them to build your Revenue at Risk baseline and to measure your program. On a trial, LBOX reads this data once. On a paid program, LBOX reads it daily. When a trial ends without continuing, or an account closes, LBOX stops reading at once and deletes the data 30 days later. Disconnecting in LBOX deletes it immediately. You can remove LBOX's access in your Google settings at any time. LBOX does not sell this data or use it to advertise to you. LBOX may use it in de-identified, aggregated form, such as the average change in search clicks across a category, which never identifies you or your website.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request: access to personal information; correction of inaccurate personal information; deletion of personal information; restriction of processing; objection to certain processing; portability of certain data; opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent; appeal of a denied privacy request; and non-discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.
9. Security
LBOX uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and LBOX cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
LBOX may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy means the updated version applies to your continued use.
